Study snapshot

What the Coxor® study does — and does not — show.

The published study was a randomized, open-label, two-arm crossover study in healthy subjects. It compared a 300 mg oral aspirin solution with a single solid aspirin tablet that was chewed and swallowed with 150 mL of water.

The primary focus was pharmacokinetics: the exposure profile of acetylsalicylic acid and salicylic acid after administration.

Interpretation boundary
